Hey…….Glad you found me! I am Sarah, I’m a mother, grandmother and wife with a passion for helping people on many levels. I have always had a personal interest in natural therapies and ways, avoiding pharmaceuticals where ever possible. Allowing ones body the time ad space to do what it does best is crucial I believe.

In 2018 I embarked upon a journey of self-fulfilment, to improve my health and follow personal dreams as a spiritual healer and space holder.

In 2019 I successfully completed an FHT accredited Holistic Massage course, including an Anatomy and Physiology qualification, and I also qualified as an FHT accredited reflexologist, Reiki practitioner and a crystal healer.

In 2026 I completed my luxury facial training and Indian head massage course and I became a Tropic ambassador because I am passionate about ensuring that people use only the best products they can on the biggest organ of their bodies……the skin.
